Briefcase Found During Diving Session In Maltese Waters

During a diving session in local waters, activist Raniero Borg found a briefcase at the bottom of the sea.

Sharing the videos to social media, Raniero joked that this was the Budget’s briefcase, which is set to take place next Monday.

One commenter even asked him not to introduce any new taxes. What do you think?
