Malta’s newest burger spot has officially opened its doors, and it’s bringing a taste of New York comfort food to the heart of Mosta.

Tucked away in a cosy haven in Pjazza 16 ta’ Settembru, Bodega is keeping things simple: premium burgers, golden crispy fries and seriously good sides.

Unlike many burger joints offering menus packed with endless options, Bodega has gone in the opposite direction. Its menu features just five burgers, ranging from timeless classics to fan favourites.

The idea? Quality over quantity.

Rather than trying to do 15 different burgers, the team wanted to perfect a smaller selection and deliver the same quality and consistency every single time.

And the sides deserve their own mention.

Alongside golden, crispy fries, Bodega serves up a selection of comfort-food favourites, with its chicken tenders quickly emerging as one of the stars of the menu. Pair them with the signature Bodega house sauce, served in generously sized cups made for dunking.
