Photos sent to this newsroom show a boat having been crashed into the Birżebbuġa promenade as Storm Harry continues to batter Malta.
Several localities have been hit intensely by the storm, with areas completely covered in debris from the storm.
Some photos show a boat having smashed onto land in Birżebbuġa, with parts of what seem to be its sails broken and on the promenade pavement.
People are being urged to avoid coastal areas for safety and to only go out if only absolutely necessary.
