Bernard Grech Thanks Public In His Last Week As PN leader

In his final week as Leader of the Nationalist Party (PN), Bernard Grech expressed deep gratitude to the public, reflecting on his tenure and the journey ahead for the party.

Sharing a heartfelt message on social media, Grech acknowledged the emotional experience of reading the latest edition of the Il-Mument supplement, stating, “Taħlita ta’ emozzjonijiet waqt li qed nifli u naqra s-suppliment tal-gazzetta Il-Mument tal-lum. Apprezzajt kull kelma, kull ħsieb. Inħossni onorat u grat. Għamilt biss dmiri lejn pajjiżi u se nibqa’ nagħmel dan b’saħħti kollha.”

Grech’s resignation, announced on 10 June 2025, marked the end of a nearly five-year leadership.

In his message, he concluded, “Grazzi lilkom ilkoll, għeżież. Grazzi AnneMarie, talli kont dejjem hemm.”
