As summer comes to an end and daily routines begin to return, Body Rock® is encouraging guests to make their wellbeing a priority with its Post Summer Reset offer, designed to help members reconnect with healthy habits and become part of a growing fitness and wellness Sound Body membership community at the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel Malta.

The offer includes a one-year Signature Gym Membership for €1,200 or a six-month membership for €720.

Members signing up through the campaign will also receive a complimentary Personal Training Starter Package, including one fitness assessment, six personal training sessions, one complimentary group fitness class and three hours of complimentary parking to help them set realistic goals and build a consistent routine in a five-star premium setting.

Alongside the fitness experience, Rock Spa® is offering its Renewal Retreat Package for €199 per person, providing guests with a two-hour wellness journey focused on relaxation and recovery.

The package includes a customised massage designed to release tension and restore balance, as well as a customised facial to cleanse, hydrate and refresh the skin.

Guests booking the spa package will also receive two-hour access to the Rock® Spa® Wellness Indoor Pool and thermal facilities, together with a €30 food and beverage credit to enjoy at Nine Arches on the day of their booking.

With a focus on fitness, relaxation and community, Body Rock® and Rock Spa® aim to support guests in creating sustainable wellness routines as the new season begins.

Set across 1,800 square metres, Rock Spa features a sauna, steam room, salt room, jetted tub, cold plunge, ice fountain and sensory showers, alongside spaces to sit back and unwind.
