Becoming a parent can feel overwhelming, but families do not have to navigate it alone!

Baby Talks 2026 will bring experts and parents together to discuss pregnancy, babies and early parenthood.

There is no shortage of advice when a baby arrives. From feeding and sleep routines to childcare decisions and returning to work, new parents are often surrounded by information, but finding trusted answers can still be difficult.

That is why Baby Talks 2026, organised by MyMama, will create a space where parents-to-be and new parents can connect with experts and discover support during the early stages of family life.

Taking place on Saturday 3 October at The Phoenicia Malta, the event will bring together healthcare professionals, parenting experts, family-focused organisations and brands for talks, panels and practical demonstrations.

The programme will cover topics including postpartum wellbeing, feeding, relationships, childcare and balancing work and family life.

MyMama founder Donna Cardona said that while parents have access to plenty of information, they still need trusted guidance and a supportive community to help them navigate the challenges of early parenthood.

The event will also highlight support available to families in Malta, including parental leave, financial benefits, mental health services and workplace flexibility.

Baby Talks 2026 is open to parents-to-be, parents with young babies, students and professionals in healthcare, childcare and education. Babies and children can attend for free.

Baby Talks 2026 will take place from 10:00 to 18:00 at The Phoenicia Malta. Tickets and programme details are available through MyMama.
