Armed Forces Prepare For Victory Day Parade Tomorrow!

Rehearsals are underway by the Armed Forces of Malta for tomorrow’s Victory Day Parade.
The AFM will be holding their parade tomorrow, Tuesday 8th September at 9am in Valletta.
Victory Day really the end of three historical sieges made Malta experienced: the Great Siege of Malta in 1565, the Siege of Valletta by the French blockade in 1800, and the Siege of Malta during the Second World War by the Axis which ended in 1943.
It also coincides with the commemoration of the birth of the Virgin Mary, with the traditional regatta held in the Grand Harbour.
