Armed Forces Of Malta Rescue Injured Oil Tanker Worker

The Armed Forces of Malta conducted a medical evacuation of an oil tanker crew member who suffered a hand injury.
In coordination with the Rescue Coordination Centre Malta, AFM arrived at the vessel which was over 100 nautical miles east of Malta, using a helicopter.
The team carried out the winching operation, where the crew member was transported to Malta for medical treatment.
