Armed Forces of Malta Mark Freedom Day With Ceremony In Vittoriosa

In celebration of Freedom Day, the Armed Forces of Malta held a commemorative ceremony at the Freedom Monument in Vittoriosa.
A Guard of Honour for Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono, The President of Malta, was mounted by the Armed Forces of Malta (AFM).
After the front rank of the Guard was inspected by Her Excellency, the President, along with Deputy Prime Minister Ian Borg and Mr Robert Cutajar, a Parliament Member on behalf of the Opposition, laid bouquets in front of the monument.
The national anthem was also played by the Armed Forces of Malta Band.
