‘Another Accidental Litter’: MSPCA Pleads For Responsible Neutering As Pressure On Shelter Grows

MSPCA took to social media to once again plead for more responsible neutering, as “more pressure” is placed on their shelter, which is “already stretched by the unforgiving summer heat.”
The local shelter posted a number of photos on their social media showing the conditions in which the puppies were found.
“We need to stop calling this a stray dog problem and start recognising it for what it is: an owned, unwanted dog problem,” stated MSPCA.
“We cannot continue relying on charities to absorb the consequences of preventable breeding,” they continued.
The shelter emphasised that “prevention is the only sustainable solution” to this pressing issue.
