All Members of Civil Protection Department Have Now Achieved Internationally Recognised Status

Civil Protection Malta have marked a department-wide achievement as each member within the department has now achieved their NFPA 1001 certification.
“This is an internationally recognised standard that reflects the highest levels of firefighter training, competence, and operational safety,” explained CPD.
They also stated that Minister for Home Affairs and Security, Glenn Bedingfield, carried out his first official visit to the department.
The Minister met with firefighters and other professionals, where he expressed their appreciation for all the hard work.
CPD thanked the Minister for his visit and for recognising the effort of their teams.
