Algerian Man With Record Of Thefts In Malta & France Deported

Last night, the Police deported a man with a criminal record in both Malta and France, Minister for Home Affairs Glenn Bedingfield announced.
The man was returned to his country of origin, Algeria, after serving a prison sentence related to a series of thefts.
‘This forms part of its ongoing policy to strengthen public safety and maintain greater security across the country’, said Bedingfield.
