Alex Borg Unveils ‘Nifs Ġdid’ Team Of PN Election Candidates

Alex Borg shared a sky view photo of his Nationalist Party ‘Nifs Ġdid’ team ahead of the 2026 general election.

‘This is the team that will give new breath to Malta and Gozo’, wrote Borg on social media.

Alex Borg said that the election of 30 May is an early election which was called purely so that Abela and those around him could safeguard their own power.

‘The people no longer want the politics of blue or red. The people are calling out for the politics of the Maltese flag, white and red, a politics that unites us.’

“We want to see a better Malta and Gozo. And we are working together towards this goal, because our hearts beat for our country and for its people. We are not perfect, but we are determined to give our country the Fresh Start it so badly needs. This is your moment to give Malta and Gozo A Fresh Start,”

With a view of Malta’s old cities and harbour, the candidates for the Nationalist Party stood together as we mark the approximate mid-way of the election campaign.
