Alex Borg Meets People In Car For Air Conditioning Due To Power Outage

Nationalist Party leader Alex Borg yesterday evening met with Gudja residents who took to their vehicles for air conditioning as they faced another night without electricity.
Borg met with an older couple who were in their vehicle to cool down due to their house being without power despite the extreme temperatures the islands are facing.
This comes after the Nationalist Party called for an emergency debate in parliament in regards to power outages, calling for various measures such as compensation for all those impacted.
Yesterday, the Prime Minister also issued a public apology to anyone who faced outages and said that officials are working around the clock to make sure everyone has power in their homes.
