AFM Personnel Complete Prestigious Junior Command &Leadership Course In Czech Republic

Three members of the Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) Lieutenant Daniel Galea, Lieutenant Cameron Cilia, and Warrant Officer 2 Jacob Cachia have successfully completed the Junior Command and Leadership Course (JCLC) at the Military Academy in Vyškov, Czech Republic.
The course, both physically and mentally demanding, concentrated on leadership development, tactical planning, and multinational decision-making.
In their post AFM said, “This physically and mentally demanding course focused on leadership development, tactical planning, and multinational decision-making, providing our personnel with invaluable experience and professional growth in an international setting.”
