The Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) held an Official Letter Presentation Ceremony to honour Maltese soldiers that have completed a deployment to Lebanon supporting the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
The presentation ceremony, held last Wednesday, recognised the serving members’ contributions in challenging and unpredictable environments, amid heightened regional tensions.
Minister for Home Affairs and Security Glenn Bedingfield attended the event and presented each soldier with a certificate recognising their successful postings to Lebanon.
