Adriatique Bring Summer To A Close At Iconic Valletta Ditch

Adriatique took over the historic Valletta Ditch yesterday evening for a massive summer closing event, bringing electronic music to one of the capital’s most striking locations.

Set against Valletta’s centuries-old fortifications, G7 Events and Panorama Malta transformed the Ditch into an open-air dancefloor as crowds gathered for an evening of music beneath the city walls.

The night built steadily towards the arrival of Swiss duo Adriatique, who stepped behind the decks for the headline set and brought their signature melodic sound to the heart of the capital.

The duo were joined by The Element, DEBRII, Jupo B2B Miggy and Gabii setting the tone throughout the evening before Adriatique took control for the closing stretch.

With towering fortifications surrounding the crowd, large-scale production and the Valletta skyline providing the backdrop, the setting offered something very different from Malta’s traditional summer club and festival venues.

The event also marked one of the final major parties of the 2026 summer season, bringing months of events across the Maltese Islands towards a fitting close.

From sunset through to the final tracks of the night, Valletta Ditch provided the backdrop for a summer closing that will undoubtedly be remembered by Malta’s electronic music community.
