A Festive Cultural Journey Across The Eastern Region

This December, step into the magic of the season with a unique two-day celebration that brings together music, theatre, art, and heritage across some of the most picturesque chapels, churches, and historic spaces in Malta’s Eastern Region.
On the 11th and 12th of December, various chapels, churches and heritage sites will be open to the public to wander through and experience a curated programme of performances and exhibitions that highlight the beauty of Malta’s Eastern Region.
Each event performance or exhibition will be free to view and will be happening from 19:00 onwards on both nights. You can visit any performance or exhibition you like, or visit them all if you wish! No prior booking is necessary.
Over the two nights, there will be performances by musicians such as Ceci and Kriss and the New Victorians, choir performances by EnKor choir, theatrical performances by Jeremy Grech, and exhibitions of cribs and Christmas related art.

These art works and cribs were created by members of the public during free workshops which were held in October and November.
This project, called ‘O’ Holy Nights – Chapel Trail, is supported by the Arts Council Malta as part of the Regional Cultural Cooperation program. It is also kindly supported by Busy Bee.
