87 Year Old Man At Risk Of Dying After Crashing Into Tree

An 87 year old man resident of Ħal Lija was involved in a traffic accident yesterday at around 1700hrs in Triq in-Nutar Zarb, Ħ’Attard.
Preliminary investigations showed that the man was driving a BMW 325 and that he crashed into a tree.
He was given preliminary aid by a medical team and Civil Protection Malta, and was later hospitalised. He was confirmed to have suffered serious injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
