76-Year-Old Man Dies After Falling Three Storeys in Gozo

A 76-year-old man has died after falling from a height of around three storeys while carrying out work at his residence in Sannat, Gozo.
The incident occurred this morning at around 7:45am in Triq Ta’ Ċenċ, Sannat, with police being informed shortly after.
Initial investigations indicate that the elderly man was carrying out some work at his home and was on a ladder when, for reasons still unknown, he fell into an internal courtyard.
A medical team was called to the scene, however, the man was unfortunately certified dead on site.
Duty Magistrate Dr Jean Paul Grech LL.D was informed and appointed an inquiry into the case, while police investigations are ongoing.
