6 Parked Cars Damaged After Driver Loses Control In Sliema

A road accident in Sliema early on Tuesday morning caused damage to several vehicles but fortunately left no one injured. At around 5.30am, a 26-year-old man from Żurrieq lost control of his car while driving along Tower Road.

The vehicle veered off course and collided with six parked cars before finally coming to a stop. The incident was reported immediately to the police by the driver himself, who contacted the authorities to inform them of the crash.

Officers arrived on site shortly afterwards to assess the situation and ensure the road was safe for other motorists. The cause of the driver losing control is still unclear, and investigations are under way.

Tower Road was cleared following the incident, allowing traffic to resume as normal later in the morning.
