5 Year Old & 3 Year Old At Risk Of Dying After Ħal Far Motorcycle Crash

Yesterday, at around 1400hrs, two children were transported to Mater Dei Hospital after they were injured in an incident in the Ħal Far area.
Preliminary investigations showed that a 26 year old man resident of Isla was driving a motorcycle when he hit a 5 year old boy who was driving a bicycle.
Riding passenger on the motorcycle was a three year old boy.
Both children were transported to Mater Dei Hospital, where they were certified as having suffered serious injuries.
An inquiry has been opened and investigations are ongoing.
