47-Year-Old Man From Nadur At Risk Of Dying After Early Morning Road Collision in Gozo

This morning, at around 5:30am (0530hrs), the police were alerted to a traffic accident on Triq l-Imġarr, Qala, Gozo.
Police officers arrived at the scene and a preliminary investigation revealed a collision between a Kia Picanto, driven by a 53-year-old woman from Qala, and a Honda NSC motorcycle, ridden by a 47-year-old man from Nadur.
Medical personnel attended the scene, and the motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to Gozo General Hospital. He was later certified as having suffered serious injuries.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
