42 Year Old Man Arrested Following Marsa Drug Bust

Yesterday at around 5:00om, the police arrested a 42 year old Nigerian man living in Wied il-Għajn on charges of alleged drug possession and trafficking.
The arrest was made following a search of the man in Ġnien Spencer, Marsa.
This resulted in the discovery of 30 bags of what is suspected to be cannabis, a block of suspected cannabis, a jar of what is suspected to be cannabis residue, and money.
This is the third arrest this week relating to these charges, and the Malta Police Force pledge that this abuse of the law will not be tolerated.
The 42 year old man is in police custody and is expected to face the courts in the coming days.
