40 Year Old Motorcyclist At Risk Of Dying After Falling In Swieqi

A 40 year old Italian man resident of St Paul’s Bay was injured this morning after a traffic accident in Triq Sant Andrija, Swieqi.
At around 0200hrs, police were requested on site for assistance. Preliminary investigations showed that the motorcyclist lost control of the Suzuki motorcycle and fell.
The driver was given on site assistance before being taken to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was certified as having suffered serious injuries.
More investigations are ongoing.
