35-Year Old Woman Suffers Injuries After Car Overturns In Mriehel

Early this morning, a 35-year-old woman from Ħ’Attard was taken to Mater Dei Hospital after sustaining injuries in a traffic accident in Triq l-Imdina, Ħ’Attard.

The incident occurred around 5:00 AM when the woman reportedly lost control of her Ford Fiesta, causing the vehicle to overturn. Emergency medical teams arrived promptly at the scene and transported her to the hospital for urgent care. She was later certified to have suffered some injuries.

Police investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident are ongoing. Authorities have not released further details at this stage, and drivers in the area are advised to remain cautious.

This was not the only traffic incident which occurred in the past few hours, as on Sunday evening at around 22:15 a 45-year old Croatian, who lives in San Ġiljan, lost control of his motorbike and fell whilst driving.
