31 Year Old Motorcyclist At Risk Of Dying After Ħal Għaxaq Crash

Yesterday, at around 1615hrs, police were informed of a traffic accident that had taken place in Triq il-Pitirross, Ħal Għaxaq.
Police immediately convened on site and preliminary investigations showed that a crash had taken place between a Suzuki Alto driven by a 75 year old man resident of Bormla and Sym Symphony SR motorcycle driven by a 31 year old Pakistani man resident of Żejtun.
A medical team was called on site and an ambulance transported the motorcyclist to Mater Dei Hospital where he was certified as having suffered serious injuries.
An inquiry has been opened and investigations are ongoing.
