31 Year Old Man Arrested After €21,000 Worth Of Drugs Found In Search

A 31-year-old man was arrested in Msida after police investigations linked him to suspected drug trafficking.

The arrest followed several days of surveillance, during which officers monitored the man’s movements.

He was stopped on Friday night, and a search resulted in suspected ecstasy pills along with more than €1,000 in cash.

Police later carried out a search at his residence, where they uncovered a larger quantity of substances believed to be cannabis, ketamine, cocaine, and MDMA.

The estimated street value of the seized drugs is around €21,000. Additional cash was also found during the operation.

The man is currently being held by authorities and is expected to be charged in court today in connection with the alleged drug trafficking activities.
