30 Year Old Man Grievously Injured After Falling Over One Storey In Shaft

Today, at around 0600hrs, police were informed that an incident had taken place in a block of apartments in Triq Manuel De Vilhena, Gżira.
Preliminary investigations showed that a 30 year old Brazilian man fell around one storey and a half in a shaft.
Civil Protection officials were called on site, along with a medical team, to give aid on site. He was later taken to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was certified as having suffered grievous injuries.
