2nd Specialised Van To Offer Home Care To Cancer Patients

Taking to social media, Minister for Health Jo Etienne Abela inaugurated the second specialised van equipped to give cancer patients care at home.
‘Thanks to this initiative by the Marigold Foundation – Malta, we can keep helping more patients get the care they need at home and strengthen this service’, said the Minister.
As aforementioned, the Marigold Foundation donated the second unit to expand the Oncology Outreach Service, bringing cancer care and support directly into patient’s homes.
‘Made possible through funds raised during Pink October Movember 2024, this initiative helps patients receive essential treatment in comfort, while easing hospital pressures and improving wellbeing.’
