2,820 Learning Support Educators Now Working Across Maltese Schools

In a recent parliamentary question, Minister for Education, Sport, Youth, Research, and Innovation, Clifton Grima, answered questions about the employment of new Learning Support Educators (LSEs) in Maltese schools during the summer break.
Minister Grima informed the Honourable Member that there are currently 2,024 LSEs employed in primary schools across Malta, highlighting the ongoing support provided to younger learners.
On the question of secondary and middle schools, Minister Grima confirmed that 796 LSEs are presently working in these institutions, ensuring that students at all levels have access to learning support.
