24 People Detained In Marsa, Reports Minister Glenn Bedingfield

Minister for Home Affairs and Security Glenn Bedingfield took to social media to report that 24 people were detained yesterday.
The Minister stated that these people had been illegally residing in Marsa for several months, and numerous police reports led to their detainment yesterday.
“The people were stopped in a number of different places while inspections that took place across the locality,” explained Bedingfield.
“All the people are expected to be returned to their country of origin or to a country where they have a right to reside,” he concluded.
