2 Drug Busts By Police In Past 24 Hours: Cocaine, Heroin & Cocaine

The Malta Police Force carried out two separate drug busts in the past 24 hours, with one taking place in Pieta this morning at around 1000hrs.
A 25 year old resident of Valletta was stopped by police in the San Luqa Hospital area, and a search in his car yielded various packets of drugs suspected to be cocaine, heroin and cannabis as well as cash.
He was arrested and is expected to be arraigned in court today.
Another bust took place yesterday in Raħal Ġdid, with two large sealed packages of suspected cannabis buds found on his person.
Later searchers yielded more suspected cannabis in his Triq Raħal Ġdid residence.
