19 Maltese Prosecuted For Publicly Smoking Cannabis

According to information tabled in parliament by Minister Byron Camilleri, 19 persons out of a total of 55 prosecuted for smoking cannabis in public between May & September 2025 were Maltese.
These persons were caught in Żebbuġ, Gozo, Attard, Paola, St Julian’s, Rabat and St Paul’s Bay.
This was a follow up question to a question posed on the 22nd of September, which revealed the 55-person statistic.
The question was tabled by PN MP Albert Buttigieg.
