19 Cannabis Plants Found In Police Drug Bust In Pieta

On Wednesday, the Malta Police Force carried out an operation t a residence in Pietà with the aim of executing a European Arrest Warrant issued by German authorities.
The man was arrested in the operation, with a search conducted in the residence. There the police found 19 cannabis plants and approximately 850 grams of cannabis.
He pleaded not guilty when he was arraigned in court yesterday, and was remanded in custody.
