17-Year-Old Seriously Injured After E-Scooter Accident in Safi

A 17-year-old boy was seriously injured early this morning after losing control of an e-kick scooter and overturning in Safi.
The incident occurred at around 3am on Triq iż-Żurrieq, Safi, when police were informed that assistance was required at the scene.
Police immediately arrived and established that the teenager had been riding an e-kick scooter when he lost control and overturned.
A medical team provided assistance at the scene before the teenager was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
He was later certified to have suffered serious injuries.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
