Justin Pisani, studio gym owner, has shared an emotional tribute to his sister, marking her remarkable journey from addiction to recovery.

For 15 years, she battled a daily struggle with drugs, living under the weight of dependency. Addiction had taken hold of her life.

Today, however, she stands over two years clean and sober and 20 kilograms lighter. Her journey has not been easy; recovery rarely is. Yet she proves each day that change is possible.

While fitness and health provided her with strength and discipline, the true transformation began within her mind and heart.

Justin expressed his pride with moving words, “With tears in my eyes, I just want to say: I am so proud of you, sis. You are living proof that no matter how dark it gets, there is always hope.”
