The Civil Protection Department battled an industrial fire yesterday night, successfully extinguishing the flames in an intense operation.
It took 120,000 litres of water, 45 firefighters, 6 senior fire officers and 13 fire appliances to extinguish the fires.
The CPD extended its gratitude to the Mater Dei Hospital Department, The Malta Police Force, and Transport Malta for the continuous support and cooperation during the incident.
