12 Year Old Boy Grievously Injured After Being Hit By Car

Today, at around 0745hrs, police were informed that an accident had taken place on Triq l-Oratorju, Bormla.
Police convened immediately on site and preliminary investigations found that a 12 year old boy had been hit by a Toyota Vitz driven by a 21 year old man resident of Bormla.He was given preliminary aid and taken to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was later certified as having suffered grievous injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
