The University of Malta is set to award degrees to 1,718 students this November. Of these graduates, 657 are male, representing 38.2% of the cohort, while 1,057 are female, accounting for 61.5%.

Management and Accountancy has the largest graduating group with 251 students, making up approximately 14.6% of the total.

The Faculty for Social Wellbeing follows with 239 graduates, representing 13.9% of the cohort.

The Faculty of Arts will celebrate 193 graduates, or 11.2%, and the Faculty of Health Sciences has 186 students graduating, equivalent to 10.8% of the total. The Faculty of Laws will award degrees to 169 students, around 9.8% of the cohort.

Graduates come from a wide range of faculties, highlighting the diversity of academic disciplines at the University. This includes courses in economics, engineering, arts, health sciences, social wellbeing, law, and labour studies, among others.

Postgraduate graduations are scheduled for March 2026, adding to the University’s total number of qualified alumni.
