The normal version of the iPhone 14 will unfortunately not come with any major changes. The biggest update to the non-Pro model is rumoured to be the introduction of a larger 6.7-inch display option.

Apple will also reportedly announce the AirPods pro 2 which will feature a new design to not only the headphones but also the case. The case will also reportedly include small speakers which can be activated through  the Find My app if you ever lose them.

The event will also include the announcement of 3 new apple watch models, the Watch Series 8; a refreshed SE; and a new rugged “Pro” model designed for athletes who partake in extreme sports. The new ‘Pro’ version will come with a bigger display and be more shatter resistant.

Peppi Azzopardi receives cake full of cash from Filipino woman he helped years ago
Aug 25 2022 Share

On the day of his birthday, local media personality & former Xarabank presenter Peppi Azzopardi received quite a pleasant surprise from a Filipino woman he had helped years ago.

In a video posted on the Xarabank Facebook page, Peppi stated that the Filipino woman, who he had helped a few years back, showed up at his door with a birthday cake on the special occasion.

After putting the cake on the table and blowing out the candles, he lifted the cake to find 55 five euro notes attached to each other, one for every year Peppi has lived. The money cake is reportedly a recent Filipino tradition, with the woman telling Peppi that she wanted to ‘give back’ for all the times he helped her: “I am giving you this money so you can give it to the people in need.”

Azzopardi concluded by stating that this was ‘the best birthday gift he had ever received’.
