Andriy Urges Marie, Chelsea & Kyle To Re-Enter Villa

Andriy Urges Marie, Chelsea & Kyle To Re-Enter Villa

Yesterday, as the Love Island Malta Season 2 contestants were being revealed, some of the first season’s islanders went live on social media, resulting in a possible tease for the second season.

Former contestant Andriy urged Chelsea (who won alongside Allen), Kyle and Marie Christine to re-enter the Love Island villa for a second round.

The three would have to enter as bombshells and it would make sense as they are still single following the show’s first season.

During the live session, Nicola too joined in for a chat about the new season’s launch, with its first episode airing this week.

What do you think? Should former contestants try their luck in the villa a second time?

An adorable video uploaded to social media by Matthew Lanzon shows his golden retriever not wanting to leave the beach after a refreshing swim.

As Matthew calls for his four-legged best bud to come back to land, the dog gets anchored to his spot in the water, clearly not wanting to budge.

How could you say no to that face though? P.S this is the same adorable doggo who went for a Starbucks run and went viral for it on social media.

‘Sanction Israel, Free Palestine’: Sliema Protest

'Sanction Israel, Free Palestine': Sliema Protest
May 16 2024 Share

On Wednesday, activists supporting the Palestinian cause gathered on the Sliema seafront to protest against the Israeli occupation and alleged genocide in Gaza.

The demonstration, organized by Moviment Graffitti, Youth for Palestine and the Palestinian embassy, marked Nakba Day, commemorating May 15, 1948, when the state of Israel was established, leading to the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

Participants waved Palestinian flags and held placards demanding an end to the violence. The organisers condemned the actions, stating, “This atrocity is being committed with the support of several Western countries, including the United States, France, Britain, and Germany, which continue to back Israel in its long-standing efforts to occupy Palestinian lands and oppress its people.”

This also comes after a Eurovision boycott party, which raised over €1K to be split in aid between the UNRWA and Medical Aid Palestine.

And wholesome video of the week goes to… Lelio Spiteri, the locally beloved headmaster who often goes viral for his outstanding character and love for his students.

In a video shared to social media, Lelio can be seen dancing to Cotton Eye Joe with his students. A description explains that whilst in his office, he was asked by a student to visit their class room and to dance to YMCA with them.

After YMCA, Cotton Eye Joe came on and Lelio simply could not let the opportunity to dance to another song pass.

‘I returned to my office all sweaty’, wrote Lelio. The students had gotten accustomed to dancing in the morning assembly, but it had been a while since it took place.
