Adrian Delia has officially submitted his nomination to contest the leadership of the Nationalist Party, ahead of a vote that will decide whether he or Alex Borg becomes the party’s next leader.
Speaking live on social media, Delia said, “Il-firma tagħkom il-kuraġġ tiegħi” which means, “Your signature fills me with courage.”
Delia revealed that over 2,000 signatures were presented in support of his candidacy and thanked everyone who backed him. Delia appears eager to begin the next chapter of his political journey within the party.
