53 Year Old Motorcyclist At Risk Of Dying After Naxxar Crash

Yesterday, at around 1600hrs, police were informed that a crash had taken place on Triq Tul il-Kosta, Naxxar.
Police convened immediately on site and from preliminary investigations found that a crash between a Toyota Aygo driven by a 44 year old woman resident of St Paul’s Bay and a CF Moto motorcycle driven by a 53 year old Belgian man resident of Gżira had taken place.
A medical team was called on site and an ambulance transported the motorcyclist to Mater Dei Hospital. He was later certified as having suffered serious injuries.
An inquiry has been opened and investigations are ongoing.
