29 Year Old At Risk Of Dying After Crash In L-Imġarr

A 29 year old man resident of Ħal Qormi suffered serious injuries after a traffic accident that took place at around 1130hrs in Triq Għajn Tuffieħa, Imġarr.
Preliminary investigations showed that the driver likely lost control of the vehicle, a Toyota Aygo, and crashed into a building on the side of the road.
He was given medical aid on site by medical staff and CPD officers and was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
An inquiry has been opened and investigations are ongoing.
