20-year-Old British Man Seriously Injured During Early-Morning Argument In Ta’ Qali

Early this morning, at around 03:45, police were called to the limits of Ta’ Qali following reports of an argument outside a local establishment.
Officers arrived on the scene to find a 20-year-old British man being treated by medical personnel present at the location.
Security staff from the establishment were also on-site, holding a man allegedly involved in the argument while police were directed to another individual, who was subsequently arrested.
The injured man was taken by ambulance to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was later certified with serious injuries.
Two other men, a 22-year-old Portuguese national and a 21-year-old British national, remain in custody in connection with the incident.
Police investigations are still ongoing.
