During the recent EU Bioeconomy Conference in Brussels’ Charlemagne building, Maltese EU Bioeconomy Youth Ambassador Hailey Ciantar delivered an impassioned advocating for immediate action against climate change.

“If we continue on our path of destruction, destroying the land we are standing on, our voices will go silent, because no one will be left to scream. We are leading the way to mass extinction and the clock is ticking.”

PN politician and MEP candidate Peter Agius took to Twitter to praise the young activist’s efforts and passion for a just cause, congratulating Ciantar for being an ‘inspiration to all’.

A total of 15 youth ambassadors took part in the EU Bioeconomy Conference, with Ciantar’s speech being amongst one of the highlights.

The Crown Season 5 is all ready for its November 9th premier on Netflix, and we just got our first look at Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana.

Imelda Staunton will be portraying the late monarch Queen Elizabeth II, and Dominic West  will be portraying the now King Charles III.

One of the captions of the new posts reads ‘A house divided’, hinting at some Internal conflict in the royal family. The Peter Morgan royal drama will be officially introducing older versions of key players as it has done for the past seasons.

The late monarch was previously portrayed by Claire Foy and Olivia Colman, all bringing a different but continuous iteration of the Queen.

This will be the preamble to the final season which is currently in production, rounding up the Queen’s story in the 21st century. The series’ release was pushed back due to the recent passing of Queen Elizabeth II, out of respect for the longest reigning British monarch.
