You Can Now Share Spotify Queue With Friends Through ‘Jam’

Spotify has introduced a new feature which allows users to share the queue order with others and decide what songs get to play next.

Jam is described as a ‘personalised, real-time listening session for your group to tune into together.’

‘With Jam, Premium subscribers will be able to invite others to contribute through a shared queue and enjoy a musical experience made exclusively for everyone listening.’

‘Premium listeners everywhere can start a Jam and anyone on Spotify can join. Simply invite your squad and Jam will help you find the perfect songs to add to the queue, finding the overlaps in your listening preferences to deliver music recommendations that everyone will love.’

‘Once you start a Jam, you can invite a group of friends or family—Free or Premium users, or a mix—so they can share the experience. Premium listeners can join from wherever they are, whether they’re in the same room or across the world.’

‘Everyone in the Jam can add songs to the queue, see who added which song, and receive recommendations, all from their own devices. The host also has the ability to determine who’s in the Jam, change the order of the tracks, or remove a song that doesn’t fit the vibe.’

Funnel Cloud Spotted Over Malta As Evening Storm Hits

Images shared by local weather Facebook page ‘It-Temp Madwarna’ shows what seems to be a funnel cloud forming a few moments before a storm passed over Malta late yesterday evening.

The funnel, the weather reports, possibly developed into a tornado in the Santa Venera and other central Maltese localities.

The page reported how some correspondents claimed to have heard strong gusts for about 10 seconds with trees allegedly having been torn from their roots in the main Birkirkara road.

Haley Bugeja Lands 2 Goals For Maltese Win Over Moldova

Haley Bugeja managed to find the net twice in a match against Moldova yesterday evening whilst during the UEFA Women’s Nation League.

Held at the Centenary Stadium, Bugeja’s scores now amount to 13 goals in 21 appearances for the national team, placing her as the third all-time scorer along with Rachel Cuschieri.

Malta currently lead the League C group following their successful plays, with 6 points, after previously beating Latvia on the 22nd of September.

Latvia and Andorra follow suit with 3 points each, having lost and won a match respectively, whereas Moldova trails behind with 0 points.
