Measuring a staggering 21 meters and 43 centimetres, this colossal sweet treat surpassed the previous record of a mere 4 meters, capturing the attention of food enthusiasts worldwide.
The ambitious initiative was led by Ristoworld Italia and coordinated by master pastry chef Lillo Defraia, who orchestrated the meticulous preparation of the extended cannoli in Corso Umberto. The gargantuan pastry, filled with a sumptuous 700 kilograms of ricotta cheese, has become a symbol of culinary excellence and community spirit.
