One of many acclaimed artists at the event, among the likes of Lost Frequencies and Robin Schulz, Aoki sedimented his return to the island by tossing a couple of cakes into a Gianpula Main Room crowd which, by the looks of it, was very much ready for the stunt.

Aoki had already tossed cakes into Maltese crowds before as this is not his first time on the island. And after two years of COVID-19 stopping anything with the semblance of a good time, the DJ picked up on the audience’s musical, and in this case confectionary, cravings to mark his return.
